Great mini-knives! Although advertised as children's knives, I use them for spreading jelly and butter on toast, bread, and rolls. They are perfect for that application. So far no problems with washing them in the dishwasher..My grandchildren are going to love these. They are very independent and want to do for themselves. The little butter spreader they were using didn’t cut anything! But these do a fine job without being too sharp for them. They are a #1 quality as well. I am so glad I found these!!Little guy now has food sticking to the fork instead of falling off. Size is goodfinally could stop buying everything out there, so many have such rounded splines that children could not pick up food, these solve problems without being sharp to be concerned!This spoon is just right for small bites.They are a good length/quality for a toddler but were quite heavy for my 2yr old to holdUsed these knives for the grandkids and pre teens who wanted their own cutlery. The slightly smaller knife is the perfect size for smaller hands. Sharp serated edge really cuts well.These are great for using when cheeses are servedusing small plates after main course of meal (french style),Good value, difficult to find. Made a French spouse happy!.Would also be great for small children's use, for which they are sold.I was hopping these are bigger than a tea spoon, but they are almost the same size. It is not very comfortable to eat soup with these spoons as they feel too small.They are robust and nice to look. Although they arrived shiny, after just one or two runs through the dishwasher (on express mode with no heat drying), the spoons tarnished (see photo).
