FALSE ADVERTISEMENT that ruined my daughters first birthday party. I ordered this specifically for the balloons pictured and the pennant. It did not come with the cute foil balloons (sent clashing latex balloons shown in pic) did not include pennant, straws, gift bags or hanging spirals. Thanks for ruining my daughters party.Lots of cute stuff for a toddler's birthday party. Great value
