These are beautiful salad forks and am very pleased. The Service Card says "hand wash/dry" and the reviews say "dishwasher safe." Which is it? I would have given 5 stars if this information was correct.I bought a full (8 place) setting of flatware several months ago. I was so thrilled with the weight, design, beauty, and cost that I decided to buy another 8 place setting. When it arrived, the salad forks were of a different weight/design. (I fully understood, mistakes do happen. It's how the seller rectifies the mistake that makes the difference.) I immediately contacted HaWare about the problem, and they acted immediately! (Even refunded my money, which I was not expecting!) Unfortunately (due to world wide shortages, shipping problems, etc.) I could not get a replacement set (salad forks only) right then. I waited about 2 months, contacted them again and they replied with the correct link for exactly what I needed. (Although it was for a 12 place setting, but as I replied to them, I would rather have too many, than not enough.) I could not be more pleased with their quality, cost, fast shipping, and especially their outstanding customer service!! I’m glad I did because these are absolutely perfect, not a scratch on them, not a dent to be found. They were individually wrapped and then boxed. Even the box in the Amazon bubble bag was perfect. They are sturdy, classy and are officially the nicest dinnerware in the silverware drawer. And someday when my teens are gone, I will buy a whole gorgeous set!These forks are an exceptional value. Looks much more expensive than what they cost. This is the 2nd time I purchased these forks this year. Very fast shipping.Thee forks are really nice. THey have a great shine initially, but I've noticed on some of them the shine didn't remain after many washings. I'm ok with that, others may not be. They are well balanced in the hand and are of a good weight. They'll be on my holiday table!!The forks arrived on time and as expected. They look great and are just the right size for my picky eaters who don't like large table forks. We only needed to replace forks, so this was a good set for us.Forks are heavy durable and polished looking.Found that they were poor quality, so returned
