I installed this fork on a RadRunner 1 to gain a front suspension. I have never replaced a fork before, so it took me a couple of hours. My wife owns the RadRunner Plus and this fork appears to be identical to hers. In addition to the fork, there are a couple of things you will need. First, get a 1 1/8 headset kit. Specifically, you will need a new star nut and some spacers. If you don't get the spacers you will need to cut down the steerer tube. Second, you will need a different spacer for the brakes. The one used on the RadRunner Plus is a Tektro Aries A-M180-1 and it works perfectly here. You will also need a couple of longer M6 bolts to accomodate the larger spacer. That's it! A couple of notes... the stock brake cable does not need to be replaced as it is long enough. The original fork that was removed has a crown race located at the bottom of the stem that needs to be removed and installed on the new fork. I tapped mine off with a screwdriver and hammer, then cut it with a dremel to create a split ring before installing it on the new fork. You can probably just buy a replacement, if you don't want to bother with reusing this part. Prior to installing this fork, the center-mounted kickstand would lift the front tire off the ground. After installing this fork, both tires and the kickstand are level, so this was an unexpected bonus. Overall, the install was easier than expected. Most of the time spent was with teardown and cable management. The new fork seems well made and works as expected, but I have not used it a lot yet. I will post an update if I notice anything. I hope that this helps and encourages someone!
