The CD comes with a mini booklet that explains how Dr. Beaulieu came to discover tuning the human body while also explaining what each track is and how to make the most of it. I am new to the world of tuning forks and am already an avid fan. I am so thankful to have found Dr. Beaulieu's website (biosonic enterprises) when I first journeyed into the arena of resonate vibrations and tuning. If you are new to Tuning Forks and want to wade in slowly before you purchase a set, this CD is for you and worth every penny.
